SLÜ on oma pikaajalise ajaloo jooksul töötanud aktiivselt selle nimel, et kujundada oma ümbruskonnast laste- ja noortesõbralik keskkond. Aastast aastasse laiendame oma tegevuste ulatust ja käsitlevate teemade hulka, et luua laiapõhjalisi ning ühiskonnas märkimisväärseid ettevõtmisi. Tänaseks on SLÜ teinud ja toetanud rohkem kui 150 projekti oma maakonnas, riigis ning üha enam ka rahvusvahelisel tasandil.
