Alates 1963.a. asus hoones tekstiilivabrik, kedrati lõnga ja valmistati villaseid pearätte, õlasalle, vooditekke ja mööbliriiet. 1992.a. vabrik suleti. 1998.a. alustati restaureerimistöödega, hooned kohandati külalistemajaks.
